I booked a 4 bedroom house for a Disney trip and we were so happy, that we unanimously decided to stay there again in a few weeks. The shared areas were perfect for people to spend time together as desired, but everyone having their own bedroom and in-suite bathroom gave us privacy and a break when we needed it. If you're traveling with a group, book this and skip the traditional hotels.

It was well organized everything and great house deco. Only one problem was we found a silverfish one bed. Need to sanitation.

We have stayed here for five nights every year since five years ago. It is perfect for our large group of about forty, on our yearly golf outing in the beautiful courses if the Orlando area. The personnel is always responsive to whatever need arises. This year Daphne was the check in person and she was delightful to deal with. The place is very quiet, close to Disney parks and all necessary shopping for vacationers. The en suite rooms are very spacious and we never had problems with hygienic issues in bathrooms or kitchens. Some families may need extra supplies but all the necessities are covered. Parking is perfect. Security is assured. There is no better value in Orlando for large families and groups.

Close proximity to shops and tourist attractions. Highly recommended for all guests and coming back again next year. The hot tubs are a must use - also the gym and pool. Onsite restaurant - it’s a one-stop venue.

We stayed in unit 3050 (3bdrm unit). I’ve provided pics of every kitchen drawer and cabinet so prospective visitors can see EXACTLY what is and is not included. You’ll definitely want to do some shopping if you’re staying more than a couple of days. Other reviewers were correct about the single roll of paper towels in the kitchen and single roll of toilet paper/bathroom. Also very limited bath and hand towels and hangers (total of 12 hangers between the 3 bedrooms). We called the front desk about having absolutely no towels in one of the bedrooms. After a reminder call two hours later a young man showed up with an armful of towels (including washcloths). I think the employees are trying and it was very nice to have so much space and be so close to the parks but I have to deduct a star for the “minimalist” state of all supplies and having absolutely no drawers in any of the bedrooms. That being said, we would definitely stay here again and simply be better prepared now that we know what to expect.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Disney area. House shows ware and tear in several rooms thatvis easly fixed and also not the cleanest i've seen. Overall a good stay!

Just spent the last 2 weeks here with my wife and 2 kids. The facilities were excellent and the house was really well equipped, clean and modern. I rarely sleep well away from home and all 4 of us had a great nights sleep every night. I’ve seen a lot of people complain about the lack of certain amenities like extra towels, toilet paper, dressers, cutlery etc. I think they need reminding that this is self-catering! It’s not a hotel and they shouldn’t expect hotel levels of amenity. Take cutlery for example - we stayed in a villa that had 3 bedrooms and could comfortably service 6 people. We had at least 10 knives, folks, spoons etc. We also had top of the line washing machines, dishwashers, dryers etc. it’s self catering - wash up after you’re done and reuse the next day. Same goes for complaints about toilet roll - go buy a small pack for your stay (there is a huge Walmart round the corner but even better, they have them in reception along with kitchen cleaning products and washing up tablets etc). All-in-all, I thought this was a fantastic place to stay. The extra facilities like the restaurant, pool and gym were all equally great too. Location amazing for Disney parks (less than 10 minutes in the car). Would definitely recommend!

We love staying at the village views when in Florida. The 3 & 4 bedrooms are a great size(we have stayed in both). Although not on the Disney property, the views are close enough to the parks & restaurants. We DO end up renting a car to make getting around easier.
